unit block of V Street NW closed off by police earlier today

Just to give everyone a heads up. I'm at 11 v st and my neighbor at 13 v came over to show me a picture of something he found in his yard. Too me it looks like a bomb. Whether fake or military fake or a dud or idk. Anyways I instructed him to call the police and he just did. So they are here and have the top of the block taped off and bomb squad is on the way. Not sure if we will be evacuated but I assume so.
