First, I acknowledge that some nearby neighbors to the 151 V Street NW condo building renovation project are not happy with the additional floor, the build-out in the rear and the loss of easement from the Flagler Place NW alley.  So my posting some pics here on the blog of the exterior renovations is not intended to be dismissive of the concerns expressed by the nearby neighbors.
