an arrest made in two Bloomingdale package thefts -- thanks to the videos

The offenses reported are for Theft II (theft in the second degree).

Thank you for sending the video. An arrest was made shortly after I shared this video with the Mountain Bike officers assigned to our PSA, PSA 501. You may be contacted by someone from the United States Attorneys Office for the District of Columbia within the next few days.
