just wanted to mention to Bloomie residents that might not have seen that I've
seen on four different occasions and in four different locations trucks that
search pipes for obstructions with video monitors. I was wondering, is this
being paid for by WASA or by individual residents? Super curious to know if
they've found any obstructions that might have contributed to flooding!

At the BCA meeting with DCWater on August 4, other residents noted seeing the trucks and cameras. Mr. Hawkins of DCWater said they have not found any obstructions or problems, but will continue to search.
