It is an astonishing reflection on the extremely limited active inventory when there is only one open house scheduled in the multiple listing system for the first weekend in March...the traditional kickoff for the "Spring Market". If you've been following along, you are already aware that Bloomingdale and surrounding neighborhoods sure did not see a typical winter real estate market either. If you haven't been paying attention, note that buyers are hungry to buy in Bloomingdale and are paying premium prices and there's not enough out there for them to buy.
