Dear Family and Friends ...

Sorry for this last minute invite to visit the Great Green Festival (a National Event in WDC), but we got invited by them last week to be part of the Green Kids Zone so we could introduce Tom`s brand new Children`s Book..``Trash to Treasure``- Series - Recycling Creatively with LT ``The Bicycle Fence``

It has been a 3 year journey with many learning, uplifting and challenging moments, but as we look at the fact that a year ago Tom & I visited this phenomenal Festival for all things Green, Recycling, Eco Friendly and Saving the Planet, we wished then that we could premiere debut our book ( I say Our Book as I created a publishing company ``Green Kids Press`` to be able to make his and my dream to see his wonderful stories published by a legit publisher that would support his efforts, versus paying someone to ``self publish`` his dreams that would have not been taken serious by the media, bookstores and schools and libraries.

We have had some amazing and wonderful support and encouragement by many of you....so here we are a Year Later, we are an important part of this festival with our book....with a FAB Green Kids Press/ LT Booth

We know you will all enjoy the event, it is quite awesome to see all the vendors and organizations working for a greener and more sustainable world...

It is this Sat from 10am to 6pm - Sunday 11am to 5pm...we will both be there both days - thru those times...

So we hope you can visit us.

It is at the DC Convention Center - which is on Massachusetts Avenue and between 7th and 9th Streets NW

Festival has a small admission fee, but also provides you with coins that you can use to purchase some of the goodies at the event.

Best entrance is on Massachusetts Ave as you go in thru main doors and take a left and go down the steps to Hall A...(or ask for Green Festival)

Or you can come in thru the L St entrance ...but a little walk.

WE are in front/next to Green Kids Zone #373 - u can`t miss Big LT...which is smack in the center aisle (down steps make right and straight back)

The green and yellow metro lines come there.

Sat..pay parking on meters for 2 hrs. If more time there is a small outdoor parking lot on N Street (between 9th and 7th St NW) On Sunday free parking...(pls read any related signs

See you there and have a great weekend

We do have a book reading on Sunday at 11:30am...
