Hi, just reporting on something I saw that
can be related to this:
At 7 am this morning I noticed a person on a small-wheeled,
BMX-style alike (but very simple form) bicycle riding in the Bloomingdale
alley that runs parallel to U and Thomas St. NW. The person (young, skinny
African American male with short hair and a beard, wearing a navy-colored
jersey shorts and a blue T-shirt) cruised slowly, then stopped by several
of the fenced properties, trying if the locked , 6 ft tall gates will give-in.
He also held his phone, and it appeared that he was taking photos of the backyard
content through the skinny gaps between wood boards.
I believe the bicycle was solid black in color. I watched this
from my 2nd-floor bedroom window.
