mentioned some time ago, the possibility of a multi-use park similar to
Patterson Park in Baltimore, with the exception of having streetcar access on
North Capitol (someday) and some seasonal revenue generating features like an
outdoor winter ice skating rink and a spring~fall beer garden. This theme is
common in European cities and DC is on that scale. Think about how:

Yes we have the Mall, Rock Creek Park, etc. This will not fly for McMillan, it's an old industrial site that needs to be developed with the needs of all DC residents in mind not the wants of new DC Progressives.
