the newly installed traffic signal at Florida and R Street NW now operational

Crossing Florida Avenue NW should be somewhat easier now.

Though I just noticed this today, I'm very happy about it. We can now get across Florida Avenue in the R Street bike line without risking our lives. Another great improvement for our Bloomingdale neighborhood!
