keys found on the front porch of a home on the unit block of Florida Avenue NW

I live on the unit block of Florida Ave. NW,  and this morning (10/23/2016) I discovered two keys on a key chain on my front porch.

My guess is that someone dropped them on the street near my house and a nice passerby placed them on the porch assuming they were mine.

The keys have the date June 18, 2008 inscribed on them and latitude and longitude coordinates.
