Arrests Made in Multiple Burglary Offenses in the Fourth and Fifth Districts

(Washington, DC) - Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Fourth and Fifth Districts announced arrests have been made in sixteen (16) Burglary offenses which occurred in Washington, DC.

Fifth District

* On October 3, 2016, a victim reported that an unknown suspect(s) entered her home in the 100 block of Adams Street, NW, and stole electronics and the vehicle key to a Ford Edge. CCN: 16-168-152


On Thursday, October 20, 2016, the following individuals were arrested and charged in these offenses:

* 22-year-old James Rousseau, of Southwest, DC, was arrested and charged with eleven (11) counts of Burglary.

* 22-year-old Devanta Francis, of Northeast, DC, was arrested and charged with eleven (11) counts of Burglary.

* 23-year-old Tony Robinson, of Northeast, DC, was arrested and charged with seven (7) counts of Burglary.

* 19-year-old Keshawna Bomar, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with five (5) counts of Burglary.
