Our tenant in the 100 block of Bryant Street NW had her car broken into. The incident occurred at 3:47 AM Monday, November 27th.
Around 7:45 AM our tenant's mother received a phone call
alerting her to a bag that had been dumped. At minute 1:05 on the video below
you'll see three men attempting to break into the car for several minutes. If
