Seeking housing in the neighborhood for pre-med graduates until they graduate from Howard U in May 2018

help with finding or hosting a place for soon to pre med graduates to stay.
Selling the house and they cannot stay. Both students are from out-of-state and
in their last year at Howard U. They are good tenants and need a place to stay
until they graduate in May. One pays $400 the other barters for tutoring and
assist with care on as needed bases. They can share a room but don’t have to
live/stay in same residence. Both premed...and applying to medical schools.
Thoughts? Can you share with your neighbors, friends and network?”
