SongBursts DC: Singing Calmer Ground Flash Mob -- Friday, 10-19-2018

See this 10-09-2018 message from Stronghold resident Kit Young:

SongBursts DC: Singing Calmer Ground Flash Mob
SongBursts DC cordially invites you to join a volunteer project to bring beauty of a cappella vocal sound to the National Mall - flash mob style - mixing songs with spontaneously created group circle singing to register(so to sing) our voices in unity, beauty as a balm  for the  angry, shrill decibels of our leaders, contempt and rudeness from the Capitol and White House. Abraham Lincoln was soft-spoken yet saved our country from dissolution. In the shadow of his image we gather to sing for healing, understanding and calming ground.

Friday, October 19th, 5pm to 7pm, Lincoln Memorial Steps.
(National Park Service Assembly Permit 18-1544)
