What would be a cool use of this space at 87 Florida Ave NW ?
I always wanted to own a cozy little bookstore - maybe with some old books and maps. But I guess that would not be a very profitable business, especially with the mortgage and e-books. :(
You've got the playground, coffee shop, liquor store, and a bus stop. What would work well there? An Apple store?
I've been in there twice for art shows - it seemed pretty small, with a narrow staircase.
I request an ice cream parlor with apartments overhead, or a mexican restaurant.
