Check
out the attached files. They make for interesting reading.
The
man who obtained the temporary liquor license, Mr. Price, is not the man who
owns 507 T, Mr. Woodson. In addition, the account given by the person who
actually organized and ran the party, Ms. Rice, is completely different than
the account given by Mr. Price.
They
disagree on how many people were at the party, what the admission price was,
who supplied security and how many security people were present, the source of
the liquor served at the party, and just about everything else.
The
ABRA report has pictures (!) including blood on the sidewalk from the
stabbings, and the rooms in the house where the party took place (in this house
that does "not resemble a typical residence").
I
believe that ABRA has granted five temporary liquor licenses for parties at 507
T since last November. I note that Mr. Woodson, who owns the house, stated that
he would be applying for a permanent liquor license.
I
trust that the Civic Association and the ANC will represent the best interests
of the neighborhood at the fact finding hearing on April 17, and before any
additional liquor licenses - temporary or permanent - are issued for 507 T.
