Dear BFM Fans,

Kimchi lovers, alert!  What to do with Number 1 Son's Kimchi? Well, the Koreans use it with grilled meat, but I say: add it to hot dog and sausages, stir fry it with tofu or pork and rice, add to  cold rice.  Here are some other ideas:  http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/308137 or http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/371940

Caitlin also makes wonderful sauerkrauts and real New York Deli Pickles but her PRIDE this week is Rilly Dilly Beans, a great swizzle for your Bloody Marys.  In fact, the brine could be your secret sauce in your cocktails.  Also, a great side dish for grilled chicken, sausages, steaks.

Pennsylvania  and Maryland strawberries are berry central this week.  Check out Truck Patch and Reid for Earli Glo, Honey Eye, Ovation and Chandlers.

Our bike clinic runs from 11-1, staffed by our friends at the Bike House.
