- 1812-14 North Capitol St. NW: These two three-story multi-family buildings will undergo major alterations, to include reconfiguration of all floor plans, refinished floors, addition of balconies and repairs to the exterior walls. The owner for both buildings is listed as MED Developers LLC.
I took some pics of these two adjacent buildings yesterday.
I guess that we will need to wait to see how many units will be in the two buildings and if they will be rental apartments or owned condominiums.

hope the developer retains some of airyness of these -- what I've been told -- were large, roomy high ceiling apartments....
