A Black Acura with license plate ET 7181, parked on 2nd and Adams NW has had its car alarm going off since Sunday 10/4/2015, going off at least once every 15 minutes, and since last night it's had a consistent LOUD chirping.
Could the owner get the car alarm repaired or at least disabled? It's keeping your neighbors up at night! Thanks!

this owner would have had to get the special permit from DC Water/1st St Tunnel to use this parking lot so maybe there's a way to track the owner through that office?
