Not only did someone come in the middle of the night & try to remove attached from my garden - it was glued down to the stone - so they broke the arms & broke it in half at the midriff - they also came back yesterday in the middle of the day & removed it totally - stone & arched surrounds. I did not report this to the police as it is so petty & they have enough to deal with as it is - however & am totally miffed - after 6 years of sitting there - nothing is safe any more.

PLEASE report this to the police! It is theft, no matter how petty you think it is! Data collection is important and this statue was important to you!
I had pots and plants stolen from my front garden two blocks away a month ago. They were also heavy, so someone came in a car and loaded it up. Please report so police can note if this is becomming a pattern. So sorry about your statue, my toddler loved it.
We had someone try to take a concrete column off our front porch. The weight of it stopped them, it seems. And, the sound of it falling over attracted the attention of my spouse and the dogs. Only the tipped over and slightly chipped column were to be seen when they got to the door.
Yes, please report to police these thefts and vandalisms as it is only going to get worse and it could be the same perpetrators....
