of Rhode Island Avenue, Northwest. CCN: 16-135-241. The
following persons were arrested pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant:

33-year-old Rahme Hinkle, of Northeast, DC, for Felon in Possession
of a Firearm and Unlawful Possession of Ammunition.
The
