The Bloomingdale Farmers Market is reopening this Sunday May 12 at 9 am.
Among the many things at Garner's Produce will be strawberries, sweet green and purple asparagus, spinach, spring onions, kale, arugula, mesclun, Swiss Chard, beets, October beans, Asian Greens, flowers, cut herbs and many many many many plants and vegetable seedling. Reid particularly looks like a pop up plant nursery in May. ( But they also have delicious apples) Panorama has a new pastry chef from Brittany and he has a whole new line of French pastries. Whisked is celebrating spring with Jenna's Straight Up Rhubarb Pie, Strawberry Rhubarb Pie and Chard, sun dried tomato quiche and blue cheese, mushroom and herb quiche.
