empty lot on the 200 block of W Street NW at Florida Avenue NW for rent

The triangular-shaped empty lot at Florida and the 200 block of R Street NW is for rent, according to the sign posted on the fence.

The tip of the triangle is a Reservation and would be a great site to be included in any DC Water or DDOT LID project.

I'm sure the privately owned section will find takers for use as parking - the use code is for a parking lot.
