The President Woodrow Wilson House is hosting its 28th annual Kalorama House and Embassy Tour on Sept. 15. Walk inside several of the area’s most elegant homes, including the National Trust’s current headquarters, the Andrew Mellon Building. NTHP members receive a special discount.

James Madison’s Montpelier will host its annual Constitution Day Celebration on Sept. 21, which, for the first time, will include the Taste of Freedom Wine Festival. Festivities will begin with the arrival of “James and Dolley” by carriage, and feature mansion tours, wagon rides, and more throughout the day.
