James Madison’s Montpelier will host its annual Constitution Day Celebration on Sept. 21, which, for the first time, will include the Taste of Freedom Wine Festival. Festivities will begin with the arrival of “James and Dolley” by carriage, and feature mansion tours, wagon rides, and more throughout the day. |
