@Charles__Simon Did you live in #BloomingdaleDC in summer of 2012? Complaining about @dcwater doing a job we asked them to do is a bit much.
@ryan2499 @dcwater It’s not the job, it’s the hours. Agree that the job needs doing but not with a John Deere Street Drill at 7am.
@Charles__Simon @dcwater 7am is the legal time they can start. Understand that's early for some, but nothing wrong is going on.
