It's time to kick off the growing season with Common
Good City Farm at our annual Season Opener Event! Join us Saturday, April 15th
from 10am-1pm for free family fun day, featuring:
kids' activities, farm tours, a seedling sale, and a cookout. And
the fun continues in The Park at LeDroit with an Easter Egg Hunt,
giant bubbles, and a scavenger hunt, starting at 10am.
At 11am, we will holding the dedication of The Tricia McCauley
Memorial Herb Garden, all are welcome.
McCauley Common Good City Farm is dedicated to honoring the
memory of our beloved friend and longtime herbalist, Tricia
McCauley. Our hope is to use our farm, in particular the medicinal
herb garden, as Tricia did for so many years - as a place to grow,
learn, love, laugh, and connect. Please visit our Honoring

Bring Your Little Farmer to the
Our Little Farmers
program is a 1 hour farm-to-school inspired enrichment activity for
children 18 months to 3 years old and their parent/guardian. We
loved seeing your little farmers play in the dirt and enjoy the
farm so much, that we are expanding the program to every Monday, 10-11am,
starting Monday, April 17th. No registration
required. Suggested drop-in fee of $5.
Save the Date ~ Cinco de Mayo Fundraiser at the Farm
Join us Friday, May 5th from
6:30-8:30pm for a fun & festive Cinco de Mayo fundraiser party.
Because margaritas taste better when you drink them outside on a
farm. More details coming soon!
