? no parking signs on V St NW between 1st and Flagler Pl NW ?

I was wondering if anyone knew what the latest round of
cones with NO PARKING signs showing April 2-April 22 10am-4:00pm
"construction staging" was all about on V st. Between Flagler and

It sounds like the same signs we've had at the corner of Adams and 1st related to the combination of alley and street repairs. Between the construction in the front, in the back and the staging in the 100 blocks of Bryant and Adams, it is pretty tough to find a legal parking space right now. Bricking the alley is a three-week job, I think. It isn't immediately clear what they are doing and how long it will take in the 2300 block of 1st, but the No Parking signs are from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
