In the opening credits of Netflix's House of Cards, you can catch a few glimpses of Eckington and Bloomingdale along North Capitol. Here are some screenshots:
Ok, thanks. Yes, different camera tricks made it harder for me to recognize some of the spots in the intro. There is one shot near the corner of 7th and Pennsylvania NW and I wait for the bus there and didn't recognize it right away.

Where is that last image. All the trees are confusing me.
Same location as picture #1, just zoomed in a bit. You can see the police box in both.

N. Capitol Street at about S Street, heading south after the T Street overpass. It was shot with a long lens, which pulls the trees into the frame.
