McMillan back on the HPRB agenda (April 25 and May 2)

Note that McMillan is listed on this HPRB agenda announcement.  It is not clear if McMillan is on the Thursday, 04-25-2013, agenda or the Thursday, 05-02-2013, agenda.

So this is Visit #2 on the "revised master plan and design guidelines."
