Today I called DDOT to inquire about when residents can start applying for the VPP program, since the current passes expire Sept. 30, 2013. I called (202) 673-6813 and was told that it should be available some time next week, and the best way to find out more is to call back and ask.
The rep on the phone said that at this time, he couldn't provide "accurate information" regarding where to go on DDOT's website and calling back was the best option.

this is totally unacceptable that they don't know when the visitor passes are going to be available and Sept 30 is approaching! What, are they hoping some of us won't get them in time and they will issue tickets to collect YET MORE FINES FROM US TO FATTEN CITY COFFERS?
