I live in Bloomingdale, DC on T Street NW and over the past two weeks I've had my mail and two specific packages stolen or perhaps not delivered at all. I've never had this problem before so I think it's the former.
One of my neighbors mentioned to me that she also didn't receive a package that she had ordered online within the past few weeks.
