Bloomingdale Community,

I have attached attached a weekly construction update regarding the Bloomingdale Surface Water Management Project. Please review and distribute. 

Here are a couple of highlights from the weekly update but please read the attachment for all information:
  • Mayor Vincent C. Gray will hold a press event at the intersection of Rhode Island Ave. NW and 1st St. NW (SW corner) at 10:00am on Friday, May 17th
  • Completed installation of storm drains on unit block of T St. NW
  • Completion of the 18 inch storm sewer line by Saturday, May 18th
  • Left lane closures in both directions will begin on Saturday May 18th in the 100 block of Rhode Island Ave. NW 
  • Traffic advisory regarding the lane closures
