A concern expressed that night, which I have never heard addressed - will the filtration cells at McMillan be used for stormwater only, or will it store CSO, as stated on slide 4?
Will the drop shaft on V Street be as disturbing to those residents as the one on Flagler? Are V Street residents participating in this discussion?
