If you go to the DC Superior Court website, and search Insun Hofgard, you will see the various cases. Some are DC gov v the Hofgards, and then there are cases being brought by people who have purchased Hofgard flips. I don't know if all of the homeowners are using the same attorney or not, but the attorney names will be listed with the case.
