young abandoned cat needs a good home

"Recently our friend found an abandoned young cat (most likely under a year old) on February 19th in SE DC near Eastern Market. She (we think she is a she) is black and white and quite thin - please see attached photos. If this is your cat or the cat of someone you know, please contact me!! We have put up signs and checked her for a chip but no luck so far. We are currently fostering her at our house but we are looking for a loving home for her permanently.
