Subject: Package thief caught on camera (Unit Block of Seaton Pl NW)
FYI: Unfortunately we had the first package (that we are aware of) stolen off of our stoop this past Monday, August 10 at 2:56pm. Unit block of Seaton Pl NW.
Here are some still shots that a security camera caught. He has a noticeable yellow or green fluorescent hood on his jacket. He is also wearing a lanyard with an ID card of some sort. He seems to use a black bag to stuff the stolen packages into.
