Crate and Barrel delivered package missing from the front steps from the 2100 block of 1st Street NW; update: package misdelivered and made it to the correct street address

 
See this 12-16-2016 message from a household on the 2100 block of 1st Street NW:

Fed-ex dropped a large Crate and Barrel box, and a smaller brown box at our front door yesterday 12/15/2016,  at 1:15pm.   Sadly the Crate and Barrel box is missing.  If anyone has any information or may come across the box, please let us know.  While the contents of the box do not add up to much money, they are very valuable to me, as they are from my Mom.

And here is a 12-19-2016 update from the neighbor who reported the package missing above:

I got a call from a very kind resident on first street who had our package.  Fedex delivered to the wrong but similar address.   Best neighborhood ever!   Thanks all, and Happy Holidays !
