Puerto Rico donation drive week 2,
Bloomingdale Farmers Market. Sunday October 8th.
More than
two weeks after Hurricane Maria stroke Puerto Rico, the situation on the island
is still catastrophic and in many areas getting worse.
Last week
donation drive was a real success. The supply gathered is being shipped today
via a private plan to a military airport in San Juan (PR). From there goods
will be distributed throughout the island.
Our
information on the ground shows that canned food, baby food, water and
batteries and solar lamps are along with personal hygiene products the most
needed supply items.
Thank you
again for your generosity.
We hope to
see you at the Market tomorrow.
Best
Marta and
Jean-Christophe.
