Looking to volunteer and give something back to the
community this Thanksgiving?
Join us at St. Martin’s Church this Thanksgiving!!
Volunteers are needed to deliver Thanksgiving meals, serve Thanksgiving dinner
to the homeless and give out winter clothing to the needy. Last year we
delivered almost 100 meals and served (and ate) dinner with at least 250
homeless persons. If you have any warm men’s clothing to donate we would
greatly appreciate it as well. If you are interested please come to St.
Martins Church on the NW corner of North Capitol Street and T Street.
Please show up before 9AM to help with delivering meals and before 10AM to help
serve meals and give out clothing. The meal will be served between 11AM
and 1PM.
For those interested, we will have Thanksgiving mass at 9AM
in the church.
