Department’s Narcotic Enforcement Unit announces recent arrests that have been
made in cases in the District of Columbia.

Monday, August 19, 2019, members conducted an operation in the 200 block of Florida Avenue,
Northwest. CCN:
19-146-891. The following people were arrested:
o 55 year-old Terrence Butler, of no fixed
address, for Possession of Synthetic Cannabinoid and a Bench Warrant
- 51 year-old Leon Bailey, of Northeast, DC, for Distribution of Synthetic Cannabino
