A new bar is coming to Bloomingdale.

No, this is not Baraki at 1st and T Street NW.

This would at 1832 1st Street NW -- the dark green space between Yoga District and the rear of Bloomingdale Wine & Spirits.

I suspect that the new business owner will go through the voluntary agreement process for a tavern-class liquor license like Baraki did.
