COMMUNITY MEETING
ON SEWER-BACK UPS
AND DC WATER PROJECTS

The Mayor, DC Water, and DC Council have begun two projects costing a total of $155 million and two pieces of legislation to significantly reduce the sewer-backups, flooding and damages we have endured as a result of these events.

Does anyone really think that we can relax our vigilance and oversight of these important and expensive projects?

A presentation of various legal oversight options for residents, churches and businesses of all the local neighborhoods

Date: Thursday, JANUARY 17, 2013
Time: 7:00 pm
Place: St. Martin’s Church

A legal expert will be on hand to explain our OVERSIGHT options and how to implement them. The discussion will also review ways to fund legal action and gauge interest in contributing to and raising a legal fund.
