Is it big enough for a small hardware store? A hookah bar sounds super stupid.
A hardware store would be a great add.
Don't think it's a good spot for any of suggested business ventures - childcare, dental or hookah! Naaah. A cultural venture's good... or something for student enhancement activities. A hardware place may work, or another food establishment.... mmm have to think some more on it.
we need a small gym/personal training studio. There are no gym options anywhere near us. This would be perfect if we have any personal trainers in the area.
Agreed on the hardware store! Or a mexican restaurant, or ice cream parlor. Hookah is a terrible idea.
agree that hookah is horrible option. a tacqueria would be awesome. We need a frozen yogurt/ice cream shop, but that should be on rhode island, next to the bakery.
