Three prizes from businesses in the Bloomingdale neighborhood will be awarded to three randomly selected people who complete the Samsara House 2023 Community Gift Survey.  The survey is an exploration into the idea of opening a tea house on R Street NW between Big Bear Cafe and North Capitol Street NW. Three prizes are being offered for completed surveys.
