DCRA permit for Boundary Stone's expansion next door + All Purpose in Shaw interior fill-out underway

Washington Business Journal reporter Michael Neibauer reports on DCRA permits issued.

Here are two references to Boundary Stone in his report today:

  • 1250 Ninth St. NW: Interior fit-out in this Shaw building for All Purpose, an Italian-American restaurant that will specialize in pizza. All Purpose is a group effort, from the teams that brought you The Red Hen and Boundary Stone. Work will include the construction of a new bar, dining room and kitchen with associated support spaces. Its new home is the ground floor of The Colonel, a new luxury apartment building.
  • 112 Rhode Island Ave. NW: Speaking of Boundary Stone, the popular Bloomingdale bar and public house located at 116 Rhode Island Ave. NW will expand into the adjacent, vacant tenant space. When the work is done, Boundary Stone will seat 90 people.
