About the Event:
Back for the second time, come and sit in a circle of awareness and love as we experience the Infinite, the Self, and the Other. We will be holding space for each other to see and be seen as we share in pairs and in circle, practice authentic movement, open to an experience of high intensity sound, and create a personal practice to bring this experience with us into our lives, in all ways that serve. All in service to all.
Adrian Heizmann-Checa is an Awareness Creator, finding and sharing ways for individuals, couples, families, and groups to "Experience Awareness and Love of the Infinite, the Self, and the Other".
Since 1993, Adrian has experienced and shared practices taught by many remarkable teachers and organizations, including: Landmark Education, Pathways Institute, Butterfly Workshops, Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, Recovery Programs, Sri Yoga, Indigo Light Institute, Transcendent Solutions, Inner Journey Seminars, and David Neagle.
Today, Adrian offers Awareness Coaching and Consulting, Voice Dialogue, Reiki Energywork, Reiki Bodywork, Yoga, and Meditation at A Healing Awareness.
Recently Adrian began working in the field of recovery, and can provide Alcohol & Drug Interventions as well as Recovery Consulting and Companion services at Recovery Interventions.

How to get here: Coming by Metro is advised.
Metro: NoMa New York Ave Red line stop or Shaw Green line for a short walk (about 7 blocks from either metro), or get off at Chinatown and take the P6 to Randolph Rd Stop or the 80 to Lincoln and R Street NE Stop (both stops 1 block from R Street NW).
Parking: Parking space is restricted to 2 hours on R Street NW. Best to look for parking on North Capitol Street NW, Quincy NW or S Street NW.
