Persons and Vehicle of Interest Sought Homicide:
1800 block of 7th Street, Northwest

(Washington, DC) - Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Homicide Branch are investigating a homicide. Investigators seek the public's assistance in identifying and locating six persons and two vehicles of interest in a series of violent incidents, including a homicide which occurred on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at approximately 4:45 pm in the 1800 block of 7th Street, Northwest.

Anyone who has information regarding this case should call police at 202-727-9099.  Additionally, information may be submitted to the TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411.  The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a homicide committed in the District of Columbia.

Pointing out a detail in today's Post about the weekend shooting near the Shaw Metro:

...A few minutes later, at Fourth and U streets NW, police said, the Chrysler was speeding on the wrong side of the road and its driver demanded that another car move. [...]
The police report says the driver of the Chrysler blocked the road, raised his hands and head through the sunroof and waved his gun at the people in the other car.
The driver of the Chrysler maneuvered around the car and sped off.
