Bloomingdale Civic Assn votes to send letter to the Zoning Commission re: McMillan, asking that the closed record be temporarily re-opened to allow for BCA comments on VMP's post-hearing submissions

The letter and comments document will be submitted to the Zoning Commission post-haste, I believe.
