DC Office of Planning HPO staff report on McMillan south portion of the site

Here is the staff report for the HPRB hearing on the south section of
9:21 AM - 23 May 2016

Recommendation   The HPO recommends that the Board find that the final concept plans for the service courts, park and community center to be consistent with the previous conceptual plans, the 2014 preservation report, the approved master plan, and the Mayor’s Agent’s order, and compatible with the landmark.  It recommended that final approval be delegated to staff.
