DC Preservation League's Jacqueline Drayer speaking on adapting Washington's historic buildings.

Jacqueline Drayer of the DC Preservation League spoke at the Tuesday, 09-19-2017, ANC5E meeting about the landmark nomination for Bloomingdale's American Theater (the current Sylvan Theater).
